If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. We will contact to inform you when we receive the package.

Returns / Exchanges

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned within 3 days of receipt and based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund or exchange. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis and the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Shipping

Items are typically shipped within 24hrs of your order. North American shipments are tracked via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via Canada Post at flat rate of 40.00 CAD All import duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility.
