Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax. Your country may levey duties and taxes on product entering your country. Please note we do not take returns outside of Canada. Orders shipped to:

Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 7.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 12.875 %.

British Columbia are subject to 12% HST.

Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.

Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.

Custom Duties

For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any..

Return Policy

Return

Items marked final sale cannot be returned. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the package delivery date. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags. We do not accept returns for underwear and swimwear. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at www.globalatomic.com. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with a return. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

United States: We do not accept returns from outside Canada.

International: We do not accept returns from outside Canada.

In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested. 

Wrong address, non received items and returns

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
